Just when I thought I had it figured out, based on other's people's experiences, you present a very credible claim that maybe it ain't so. If magnesium oxide works for you, I have to respect that. I find the whole experience of claims and anecdotal evidence of one group of people versus oppositional claims and evidence of other groups of people to be very confusing and overwhelming.
