I just wanted everyone to know how glad I am to know I'm not the only one

feeling the way I do. Sometimes I think I'm gonna jump out of my skin. I get so

nervous inside that not even a cigarette seems to help. However, I do know that

smoking can complicate things more so I try not to do it that often. I also take

Black Cohosh and stay on Birth Control to regulate hormonal levels. Take it easy

on the caffeine products too. Potassium foods help keep the pain down and help

your stomach. Herbal teas such as Green tea, which is an antioxdant, and mint

tea also are relaxing. Can't get enough of the sleeptime. I'm alos trying an

inflammatory called BEXTRA. so far so good. Don't forget your muscle creams. I

just love the mentholetums. Serafem is good for us women and keeps us focused in

our thoughts and helps with Seratonin levels that can get off WAC. Guess what, I

found out alot of this on my own just by reading up and going to the health-food

store. I also think my sister has it. I suggested to her to start with Os-Cal

while she nursing.
