Seems to dontohing for me/ I recenltly ran outm but I suppose I should get

some more as it has other uses too.

I think I am going to opt for that for now...I am off to the store to make

soem homemade ADAPTOGEN.

Maybe, juet maybe, that will help!

Adaptogen has :

Codonopsis root 100 mg,

Devil's Club bark 50 mg,

Astragalus root 100 mg,

Fo-ti herb 100 mg,

Wild Yam root 100 mg,

Siberian Ginseng 50 mg,

Ashwaghanda root 150 mg.

Yeah, when I was tested a few yearsago, they said I was runner up to the

worst unstable blood sugar they had ever seen.

I am toptally NOT ABLE to do a low carb diet, but I guess I will have to

keep on findng a balancing act.

Problem is, I am craving sugar like a fiend lately, and using GLUTAMINE, the

wonder worker, does not seem to help much either.
