I thought that 140 was high?

Yes, it is... according to the new standards - but I said it was

higher (over 150) so 140 is an improvement as far as I'm concerned.

I's a far cry from 125 though . bizarre but it's only the

systolic that seems to be effected. My diastolic never gets over 76.
