I have a disabled placard on the rear view mirror. My husband is disabled and he has a license plate but for some unknown reason, we can't have two in the family so I get the placard. I also have polyarthritis, neuropathy in my legs. I wouldn't know how you would go about it over there. You would probably have to see someone in Social Services.
