Guest guest
Dear group, I've taken both Zanaflex and Flexeril. I built up a tolerance to the Flexeril rather quickly; it doesn't help me much anymore. If I take a whole tablet of Zanaflex, it really knocks me out - not only do I go right to sleep, I also have some minor hallucinations right b/f I fall asleep. If I need to be at work or otherwise halfway functioning, I'll take 1/4 or 1/2 of a pill. It seems to help. My husband is finally back from Japan! Not only do I miss him terribly when he's gone, it also makes my life harder b/c there are so many things he does for me ... thank goodness he doesn't go on another long trip until the first week of July ... Guest guest
, Is your husband in the military? Mine used to be and I remember how challenging those long separations can be. I hope that you have lots of supportive people surrounding you when he's gone. I've found that the Flexeril isn't as helpful anymore, but it still makes me very sleepy. Does Zanaflex make you groggy or hung-over in the morning? Take care of yourself and enjoy your reunion.

Guest guest
Does Zanaflex make you groggy or hung-over in >the morning? It does me....I have to take about 1/4 of one. My rheum. warned me that some people can't take them at all. I'm very chemically sensitive, so was surprised that I could take them..... Bobbi C.
