Guest guest
I haven't taken my night time temperature yet, but I know that my body heat is much higher at night.. my hands are not cold, and I'm not sure it it's estrogen related, but I often have a slight sweat when I wake up. It gave more to dream about...But thank you Tish for your ever-knowledgable answer! It is so comforting to be able to write a question here, and get a really intelligent answer back. Kind of like the opposite to going to most doctors. I am not sure about my morning temp. Last time I checked it was 97something. My afternoon temp has been running around 98.3. I just took it it was 98. AARGH! It seems as if getting balanced is a vewy vewy twicky prwoposishun. I have had a damn period for 6 days, my last cycle was 15 days long, and I am having problems with feeling nauseous which I haven't had for about a year. Oh, and my face flushes fairly regularly, I walk around with bright red apple cheeks, but no sweating. As my husband says, I am always interesting. R.
