Guest guest Posted September 8, 2002 Report Share Posted September 8, 2002 I was watching a program on laughing (which made me laugh a lot during it). The one professor? doctor? (can't remember now) claimed that if you laughed 100 times during a day, it was equivalent of a 10 minute aerobic exercises because of the muscles you use, the oxygen that goes through your body, and the benefits of laughing. A quick giggle does count as one unless it's extended, and then that's more. I thought this sound like a much better way to exercise than some other things did.
