It is interesting how many we FMS/CFS patients have. I know that now since have all the daily vitamin needs covered, I no longer suffer from any symptoms:) These are the major vitamins needed. Yes I am taking a multi vitamin especially for fibro, it's called fibro-response. Also, several other supplements including CoQ10 which helps alot. About the fresh juices, no, not yet, Can't purchase a juicer till DH gets a new job - he's one of the laid off multitudes right now. I love fresh carrot juice and the combos you mentioned all sound great. I used to make juices at the organic farm I mentioned working at in a previous post. YUMMM I can't wait, but it is something fun to look forward to. Looking forward to seeing your vitamin post, I KNOW for a fact that taking vitamins makes a huge difference for me. Everytime I've gotten into a steady vitamin taking streak my fibro has improved. This time I'm not stopping, I've learned my lesson too many times now. How is everyone else doing with their diet changes? I had a big fun slice of watermelon for breakfast today. Jackie

Guest guest
I, for one, cannot take niacin. My old boss, and a very good friend still, owns a large health & fitness company called JBN enterprises. When I was still employed, he gave me a sampler of niacin and I literally thought I would die. I turned beet red from head to toe and HOT, HOT, HOT. I got so hot that the sweat was pouring out of everywhere, and I am usually cold. I believed that my heart was going to just jump right out of my chest. I'll pass on the niacin. Missy > Niacin (vitamin B3 and Nicotinic acid): diarrhea, dermatitis, depression, > dementia or death. Guest guest
The post on vitamins was not intended to be about supplements or vitamin pills. All the vitamins our bodies need can be obtained in the foods we eat. Man, no matter how hard he tries, can never copy what God made for us. mick parrot004@... wrote:I, for one, cannot take niacin.
