Guest guest
~ One book that has helped me is called 'The Bible Cure for Chronic Fatigue & Fibromyalgia' by Don Colbert, M.D. Another I have read is 'Fibromyalgia and the MindBodySpirit Connection' by B. Salt II, M.D. and Edwin H. Season, M.D. I myself find these two doctors names fairly interesting...ehehe....they are both here in Columbus, Ohio. I have gotten some very good info from the books. Hope this helps! Huggz to all! ~
Guest guest
Hi... I was just going through Chapters online for books on Fibro. A search came up with about 100 books/videos which wasn't too big of a help. What I would like to know is if anyone in the group has found which reading material best I was kinda looking at the one Fibromyalgia For Dummies. Yep there's a dummie " out there for Fibro suffers. I would appreciate any and all thoughts on this topic. Thank you in advance B
Guest guest
Hi , Glad you're searching for some good reading material. I've been helped more by informing myself than I have been helped by my doctor! That's another post altogether! I've read books by Devin Starlanyl, Teitelbalm, and R. St. Amand. Among others, these have been the best authors thus far mostly because they all have FMS and are doctors. I believe there are suggested reading lists in the back of each book. Check them out at your libary and take care! LJ > Hi... > > I was just going through Chapters online for books on Fibro. A search came > up with about 100 books/videos which wasn't too big of a help.
