Thanks for the info and tips of short-term use of Cortisone Tish. I am going

away on the Friday morning, do I need to start taking the h/c a fews day

before on just on the day I am travelling. what I mean is does it take time to

build up to feel any effect (would there be increased energy for example) or

does it work pretty much straight away. Thanks. Mo
