The spots on your eyes could be from what they call floaters, specs of stuff inside your eye, and everyone gets those, there is nothing that can be done about them. The blurred vision is because you have six sets (I think it's six anyway) of muscles controlling your eyeball, and if the rest of your muscles aren't working right, neither are the eyeball muscles. My blurred vision can come and go, there isn't anything to do about it that I know of. I have heard some people say that if you change glasses, keep your old pair as your vision could swing back to the old prescription. Mine has never been bad enough to change prescriptions. I think it's one of those things that you have to learn just to accept since you can't do anything to prevent, treat or make things differently. Guest guest
, my vision blurs seriously when i'm over stressed or have a cold/illness. My eyeballs feel like the muscles are being pulled and I have to completely stop what I am doing (hopefully not driving!). Otherwise, the blurring is slight and comes and goes with little notice. Blurry vision For the past week and a half, I have had blurry spots in my vision. Until today, I thought it was just smears on my lenses. I realized it was spots on my eyes this afternoon. Then, I received the intro email to this loop and saw that blurred vision is a symptom. Has anyone dealt with this? Is it permanent damage? Is there treatment? Is is progressive? Guest guest
, I get blurred vision as well as what I call 3-d vision. My rheumy said these is common with fibro and of course the only thing I can do is possibly get new glasses. I hate it because when my eyes are like this, it flips me out, and I panick so bad that I will not drive anywhere. I see alot of people list that they have symptoms with their vision. Just wanted to let you know you are not alone. Sometimes that helps me to know that I am not the only one having these unexplained bizare symptoms Terri

Guest guest
My cataract surgeries ended these problems for me although I had assumed they were fibro right up till the eye doctor told me I had fast growing cataracts.
