For my second TX in 2000, my insurance (Medica od MN) paid all but $2000 of my helicopter bill (150 mi.) I think they paid about $6000.

They paid everything else for 2 TX, inc. everything since (2000), but I had to have it done at U of MN Hosp, not Mayo.
