Guest guest
Hi All! I am hurting so bad right now that all I want to do is cry! I am afraid if I started I wouldn't stop! My abdomen feels like someone is ripping me in two. I had my CT done Friday, which was a nightmare! I have never had one on my belly and the DR failed to tell me about the crap I had to drink(tasted like acid!) and the fact that I had to be there an hour and a half before my appt. My husband met me at the hospital to watch the girls expecting to be there maybe 45 minutes. He was there two and a half hours! Then they screwed up my IV twice. (I think at one point the needle came out the back of my arm!) The worst part was when I got home I started having REALLY bad diarrhea. I called the DR and the nurse said it was from the contrast that I drank. She said it would go away in a few hours. We were leaving to go out of town that night. I was going to be in the car three hours! At that point I was going to the bathroom every fifteen minutes. I am STILL having diarrhea every time I eat something! Hmm..few hours or a few DAYS!!!! I am just so frustrated that they didn't tell me anything about this test or what to expect afterwards! I am tired of the swollen pregnant looking belly and the pain. Sometimes I have the awful cramping like when you have diarrhea and you break out in a horrific sweat but I don't actually go. I just hurt. Sorry to be gross. I just want it to stop. I am going to go try to sleep. Sorry to whine but I feel like this new DR and his staff could give a rat's rear end that I am hurting this bad and it's going on two weeks now. He said if he couldn't figure out what was wrong he would refer me to a gastroenterologist. All I can say is if he does I hope I get an appointment very soon. Otherwise I am having my own little sit in at his office! Have a peaceful night! Love, Nikki __________________________________________________
