Guest guest
Are peanut allergies due to the mold on/in peanuts? There is a child at my son's school that is allergic to peanuts. Guest guest
I have had it explained to me that peanuts are like little sponges, and they soak up whatever is in the earth around them. Which means if fertilizers/pesticides are used they are going to soak and retain them. So there is a school of thought that this is what causes the allergies. *********** REPLY SEPARATOR *********** Are peanut allergies due to the mold on/in peanuts?
