Are you taking Magnesium?? You need adquate magensium for calcium,

which helps relax the muscles, to work - No magnesium, you get

cramps. Low potassium can sometimes cause cramps, but, again, w/o

adequate magnesium you wont get the benefit.

top of my heart!) and all it was I had cut too much salt out of my

diet per my Doc's orders. Really messed me up along with the water

pills they had me on at the same time for blood pressure!
