Guest guest
Are you taking Magnesium?? You need adquate magensium for calcium, which helps relax the muscles, to work - No magnesium, you get cramps. Low potassium can sometimes cause cramps, but, again, w/o adequate magnesium you wont get the benefit. > >>Any ideas about the night leg cramps, back spasms? << > > That would be either low thyroid or low sodium! I had horrible muscle spasms in my abdomen and under my breast area (yes right on top of my heart!) and all it was I had cut too much salt out of my diet per my Doc's orders. Really messed me up along with the water pills they had me on at the same time for blood pressure! > *Artistic Grooming * Hurricane, WV > Fat cat? Diabetes?
