Hi . If you are doing your Armour sublingually, it will usually

be fine. But you might want to suck on your troches at a different

time than you are doing your Armour to avoid the estrogen in contact

with the Armour. Your dosing sounds great, too, by the way. Janie

Thanks for the response. Yes, I do take my Armour sublingually...I

definitely will not take them together.
