Guest guest
ROFL about the submerge. How do they know when you're about to relax a little? My daughter will sit outside the bathroom door and go, " Dad? I need my, ummmmmm, my, ummmmmm... " . At this point, you KNOW all she's doing is trying to think of something she could plausibly need that would force you to leave the only sanctuary you have left. Anyway, my theory is that what we actually are craving is warmth (it's not really my theory, but I forgot where I heard it, so now it's mine). Ever since I was a kid I needed a 20 minute hot shower to get going in the morning. My dad used to yell about the electric bill. :-) Dunno if warmth would help with the headaches, though. They can be pretty hard to get rid of. A guy I work with gets migraines, and he takes more pills than I do just to keep them under control. You know, just when I'm really starting to feel good and sorry for myself, someone like him comes along and ruins it for me. :-) Anyway, make what changes you can. Half-decaf is good compromise. I switched to tea, just so I would have something hot to drink, but apparently that's bad for you too. Sigh. -- prr " bluesparklepony " myidahobeachbum@... wrote: I have not done those tests yet, but I am going to in next couple of days. A hot bath will also warm me up, but the shower doesnt. I think its the total submerge that does it! I have done very good today! Two half-decaf coffees, two diet pepsis, and one of those was decaf. But now I have a headache and took excedrin... so thats more caffeine. I am getting there though! Tomorrow, I am going to TRY to skip coffee totally and see what happens. It doesnt give me any boost anyway. Ill just have to soak in more hot bubble baths! Oh, the life of luxury is fine. Yeah, right! Id have a three year old screaming at me underneath the door, three dogs needingto go out to pee, and a 5 year old girl stomping down the hall with attitude! (Thats when I do the " total submerge thing!)

Probably something in it that we shouldn't have, though! Joyce
