Sandy, did anything change in your lifestyle around October to explain the great weight loss--i.e. what you ate, exercise?? Or, was it simply the Armour and now Naturethroid dose of 3 1/2 grains--i.e. the increased metabolism?? Janie
Guest guest
I started losing 1-2 lbs a week since Oct 6, 2004 when I reached 3 1/2 grains of armour. Now on Naturethroid and still losing. I did have a slump where i quit losing, but it didn't last long, and am slowly losing again. I've not gained anything back so this is good. I've been overweight since my last child was born and he was 18 last August. This is a welcome relief. SandyE~Houston Losing weight and Armour dosage...If you're on 3-5 grains, did you lose weight when you got up to that dosage or not? I am sure hoping when I get there, I will lose this blubber! I'll be real disappointed if I don't. TIA, Molly
