This is the place to be for moral support, or if you need to vent. Fibro is a very frustrating and depressing syndrome to have. We have all been there. First of all, you are NOT alone. Second of all, you are not an addict. If you don't take any medications to help with the pain and other symptoms, how will you continue to function? It's very hard when you don't have a good support network to help you. I have a wonderful emotional support system in this group, and my family and friends, but I get no physical help from them. I have to cope with all my chores and responsibilities on my own. It can be very hard. Just know that we will be here for you for the emotional support, and I hope that will help you a lot. We will be understanding and if you need to talk or to vent, there is always someone here to listen. Quite a few of us don't sleep well so you can find people on line at night. All of this group is very kind and caring for each other. We support each other and try to help and give encouragement when it is needed. We are a loving group. We know what all of us are going through and we stick together. If you have a question, please ask, someone will know the answer. If the answer can't be found among us, there is usually someone that will look it up.
