iodine - reasons for bad response?

Hi, folks,

I'm aware that some people have good results when adding iodine to

their diet and some have bad results. Does anyone know the whys of

the bad results? I am considering trying it, mostly because I do

not cook with salt and eat cleanly enough that I probably don't get

a whole lot of dietarr iodine.

What would a bad result feel like? What causes it?
