Guest guest
Cheryl I was the same way. I thought I could never exercise again, but it actually does help you feel better. Just take a walk. If you can only walk to your driveway, then walk to the driveway. Each day add one step. If you don't keep moving your body will quit on you. Start with a short distance so you'll know you can make it back home. If you need to go to bed after, go to bed. You have to build strength to fight this demon. Talk to your doctor. Ask what you can and should do within your limitations...but get moving somehow. > We have a fabulous mattress only two or three years old. It's a > Temperpedic. That comment really hurt my feelings.
