Thanks Mick !

Yes I am taking a multi vitamin especially for fibro, it's called

fibro-response. Also, several other supplements including CoQ10 which helps

alot.

About the fresh juices, no, not yet, Can't purchase a juicer till DH gets a

new job - he's one of the laid off multitudes right now. I love fresh carrot

juice and the combos you mentioned all sound great. I used to make juices at

the organic farm I mentioned working at in a previous post. YUMMM I can't

wait, but it is something fun to look forward to.

Looking forward to seeing your vitamin post, I KNOW for a fact that taking

vitamins makes a huge difference for me. Everytime I've gotten into a steady

vitamin taking streak my fibro has improved. This time I'm not stopping, I've

learned my lesson too many times now.

How is everyone else doing with their diet changes? I had a big fun slice of

watermelon for breakfast today.

Jackie

Mick! Can I add a note here? Niacin is not recommended for anyone

who has ulcers. It can cause ulcers to bleed. Getting your vitamins

through food is one thing, when taking supplements please be careful.

I learned that one the hard way, and boy did that hurt my tummy.

Thanks for all your encouragement Mick, its wonderful to read

the changes you have made ! deb
