Guest guest Posted February 1, 2009 Report Share Posted February 1, 2009 Actually, my ENT tried everything he could think of – oral cortisone, cortisone shots through the eardrum (ouch). He says that there has to be some damage in the inner ear that’s causing this, and the only thing left is a hearing aid implanted in the mastoid bone.
