Hi there! Hope everyone is having a great evening...

Alright, lets get down to the point...Every now and then, someone comes

across our list with maybe some good pointers, but mostly to sell

something...If and when this happens, I would advise you not to buy it! I

cannot force you to not buy it. It may help you, or it may be a rip off. I

would love to have the resources to pull these off of the list before they

hit the post, but that is just plain impossible, so you must use your own

good judgement. Your doctors KNOW you, and you should always go by their

regimen.

This is a SUPPORT GROUP. We do not make ANY money off of each other.

Recently, I have viewed some very blatant disregard to this rule. There was

enough disregard that it sounded like an info-mercial.

PLEASE, feel free. I was reading these posts, but just not the right 1 out

of 2!

That applies to my posts. And I hope I made it clear. I have no idea if the

claims for Integris products are true. I get junk mail daily with miraculous

products. If I could afford to take many of them - I would look like a 27

year old fashion model....or so they imply. The one product I did try from

Integris helped my blood sugar but the 12 other things it listed that it did

for people that bother me (cold hands and feet is one) - it didn't even

make a dent. They make a product that people say helps fibromyalgia and

arthritis. I'm trying it. I can't say it has done anything. Haven't noticed

anything yet. I have CFS and periodic joint stiffness and minor pain. At the

cost of the product, I wouldn't want to even suggest anyone try it.

There is nothing worse than trying expensive pills and getting no result at

all. That is why I want to know from everyone what is working and even more

importantly, what is not working.

I am trying magnets. I don't sell them. You can make your own pinky rings -

which is what I suggest. If it doesn't work, you can use the magnets on your

refrigerator so there is nothing lost financially if it doesn't work.

If you want some FREE advice on diet, there are two places on the Internet

where some Indians and Pakistani people will advise you from their point of

view - Ayervedic type.

Has anybody tried a zapper? Anybody else read up about the parasite theory

of fibromyalgia? Hulda has a book out called " A Cure for All

Diseases " . If you go to the quackwatch site she is listed. So is the

equipment I use. My CEDS equipment (computerized electro dermal screening)

has been adequately tested so the FDA allows it to be sold in the US. Also

there are double blind studies testing CEDS. One was a doubleblind study of

diabetes. People with diabetes were screened along with non-diabetics. The

CEDS equipment picked out 100% of the diabetes. It is also the cheapest and

most non-invasive method of screening for allergies. The equipment screens

lots of things.

Now since I like my equipment and I think most of you never heard of it,

maybe I am selling my services....but since most of you don't live close

enough to me to get screened, I don't see that I am trying to drum up

business.

I would hope that the point of a list like this is to help each other get

well and find something that works.

If the real point of this list is to just hold hands while we pop drugs and

continue to suffer, then please take my name off the list.
