May Conference/Attendance Questions

Hi! I can't give you exact numbers on how many people are registered to come.

You'll have to wait and see if Ricky or Becky can/want to share that information

since they are the wonder women in charge. I can tell you that registrations

are definitely coming in and that many familiar faces (and yahoo names) will be

there once again this year and we've also had a crop of brand new first-time

attendees register to join us (yay for that!). Last year, there was a good

mix of everyone, PSC patients, caregivers of all shapes and sizes (parents,

siblings, best friends, children, etc.). I met a ton of people who before the

conference I only knew by screen name and whom I now consider true friends. I

believe we had around 150 people total and are expecting around that same number

this year (although hopefully more!). Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong!

I understand why you all would want to know how many people are attending,

everyone wants to make sure the " party " they hit is a popular one. I know some

of you all don't know me, but trust me on this, this is one " party " you won't

feel sorry for attending. I'm by no means the expert, but if anyone has any

questions about anything conference related, I'll do my best to answer the

questions or to point you in the direction of somebody who can.
