Guest guest
thanks for the post about the stretches, I'm here to encourage all of us to STRETCH! I'm a nurse and went to massage school plus have FM if I have to admit it... your muscles only get blood when you are exercising or getting a massage. the rest of the time the blood generally flows around, not through muscle tissue so if we don't get it circulating with movement or manual movement, the byproducts of metabolism build up in the tissues leading to pain, fatigue and stiffness. and if we don't drink enough WATER we don't flush out the byproducts. byproducts are normal but when we don't get enough oxygen to the muscle, the krebs cycle produces lactic acid instead so we get sore muscles so we need to breath better, a lot of us are shallow breathers due to pain, fatigue or medications some people have the feet pain and doctors may call it plantar fascititis. my husband and I use a nikken roller to roll our foot on at night and in the morning to deeply stretch out the deeper muscles and tendons and its helped greatly plus the stretching exercises with a good quality mineral supplement. some pains can be from an imbalance or lack of mineral. don't buy cheap vitamins or minerals, you don't absorb them plus they have fillers that are not well tolerated with FM. if it doesn't absorb, you are wasting your money, then it has to be in a form your body can get into the cell to have an impact. so for 90 days, try simply eating better, drinking more water, breathing fuller, bone up on better supplements and let your body make healthier cells the next time. if we grow a whole new body in 7 years why can't we get it to grow a body with less pain! it takes about 120 days for new blood cells so if you can be real good for that long, visualize the new healthy vibrant cells being born each day and slowly you will start to see a change from the inside out. that's how I survived my near death encounter with hepatitis that the doctor's said was incurable. i'm too stubborn to follow their suggestion of getting my affairs in order and let my kids be raised by someone else. don't give up, there has to be a cure someday!
