Oh, we're both 's!

Thank you for the interesting information. Ever since my doctor

told me to stick to whole foods and stay away from processed and

packaged, I've been looking for ideas. I have to eat breakfast and

lunch at work so it's been kind of hard thinking of things. I do

get some organic cereal bars, granola bars, and have dry cereal but

it gets old quick. :-) I use natural (unrefined, raw) sugar at

home. Do you think it's better, in general?

I'll have to track down some of that Greek yogurt, now that sounds

interesting! Smoked salmon & cream cheese too, wow, that sounds

great! Can you buy smoked salmon? Is it packaged?
