Ever since my doctor told me to stick to whole foods and stay away from processed and packaged, I've been looking for ideas. I have to eat breakfast and lunch at work so it's been kind of hard thinking of things. I do get some organic cereal bars, granola bars, and have dry cereal but it gets old quick. :-) I use natural (unrefined, raw) sugar at home. Do you think it's better, in general? I'll have to track down some of that Greek yogurt, now that sounds interesting! Smoked salmon & cream cheese too, wow, that sounds great! Can you buy smoked salmon? Is it packaged?
