Guest guest
>>i'm staying on 4 1/2 grains come hell or high water this time. cindi<< Just don't do what I did and start thinking that is the most you may need. Temp yourself periodically. Until I did this again this time I thought I was maxed out at 5 grains. I went several months not taking my temp, and guess what, in those months something in me changed! My temp dropped like a rock! I have no idea why all of a sudden I am able to take an extra full grain, but I feel certain that I needed it all along and my body just wasn't able to handle it before now. I knew I was close but not QUITE there with my dosage. Now if this lasts... PLEASE!!! I haven't been able to lose weight for a while now, over a year till now. So maybe I am finally healing to the point where I am able to deal with full metabolic rate now and before my body was just too used to running slow to handle it. I consider maybe my heart muscle needed time to rebuild it's strength after running at half pace for so many years. *Artistic Grooming * Hurricane, WV Old aunts used to come up to me at weddings, poking me in the ribs and cackling, telling me, " You're next. No more - i'm staying on 4 1/2 grains come hell or high water this time. cindi

So now I'm on all Armour at 4 1/2 grains and I can see improvement daily...and i'm checking the temp regularly. I'll give it just a week or so and I think it might go back up. But don't worry - i'm not afraid of increases. cindi
