Guest guest
The letter is very good. You let them know exactly what she had done and why you were in fear for your life. Dr. Ohman needs to get rid of her and get someone who cares about the patients. I would also contact the nursing board in your state and file a formal complaint against her personally with the board. They may not be able to take any action but it will be in her file.
Guest guest
Dee. I had not thought of filing a complaint with the Nursing Board, thanks for your suggestion. Luckily I have asked for several copies of the letter to be made......my Apt. Manager is so awsome, they will do anything I ask to help me. C. Re: input please The letter is very good.
