Guest guest
Hi Kathy here certain words that sound alike are hard to distinguish even with hearing aids . However i did pick up some of them easier with aids but it takes practice and alot of patience. Words like pat and tap sound alike and s sounds are hard for me. You can always get a hearing aid on a 90 day trail period and return it if not happy with it. Take caRE kATHY

Guest guest
Ruth - what word processing program are you in? In Corel WordPerfect(and it might be the same in Word), put your cursor right before the page number and hold down " alt " and hit " f7 " . This makes the next word (or character, such as the page number) flush right. Repeat the " alt " " f7 " to put in the dot leaders. If that doesn't work, you can go to format - line - flush right with dot leaders. Some of you seem pretty smart about computers. I am typing a cook book for our church and I'm down to making the index. I made 4 columns accross the page. I type in a recipe and then hit the period button to the end of that column and type the page number. I can't get the page numbers to line up vertically. Can anyone tell me how? I'll try to type an example below. Chocolate cake...................3 Carrot Cake........................3 It worked there but I can't get it to work on my form. Can anyone help me?
