re: Anyone interested?

Hey,

I just thought...I have to do 5 stretches that were give to me by my

physical therapist yesterday three times a day. Is anyone interested

in me posting them here? If so, I'd be glad to but thought I would

ask first. I can't really " exercise " as you would say since I am

sooooo sore and the more I move the more I hurt. Even though the pain

has decreased tremendously from the first onset of it, it's still

there and if I move too fast or try to do too much, it's right back

to remind me that I can't do things like I used to. But anyway, if

anyone has interest in these flexibility stretches, just let me know.

They say its so my muscles won't stop working or deteriate

(spelling). The more flexible I can keep them, the better they will

actually feel. NO aerobics, just stretching for now. :) For me, that

is.
