Guest guest Posted August 8, 2002 Report Share Posted August 8, 2002 Hey, I just thought...I have to do 5 stretches that were give to me by my physical therapist yesterday three times a day. Is anyone interested in me posting them here? If so, I'd be glad to but thought I would ask first. I can't really " exercise " as you would say since I am sooooo sore and the more I move the more I hurt. Even though the pain has decreased tremendously from the first onset of it, it's still there and if I move too fast or try to do too much, it's right back to remind me that I can't do things like I used to. But anyway, if anyone has interest in these flexibility stretches, just let me know. They say its so my muscles won't stop working or deteriate (spelling).
