Guest guest
DHEAS 13.7 (ng/ml) Range is 3-10 (High out of range)<------- Cortisol Morning 7.2 ng/ml Range is 3-8 Cortisol Noon 2.8 ng/ml Range is 2-4 Cortisol evening 1.3 ng/ml Range is 1-2 Cortisol night .3 ng/ml Range is .5-1.5 (Too low out of range)<---- Where do I go from here? My current symptoms are anxiety, nervousness, strained, (memory seems to have gotten better), feeling down, crying, mood swings. Since taking this adrenal test, I was converting from Lovexyl to Armour. I was taking 212MG T4 at the time when I took my adrenal test and now taking 2.25 grains Armour(for the past 6 weeks I have been increasing 1/2 a grain every 1.5 weeks and reducing my T4). I don't know if the anxiety and nervousness is caused by my Armour or is it my night Adrenal...The problem is I cant tell if I am taking to much Armour or too little. How can I tell? At the same time I feel tired in the evening like I am ready to fall over. I have not taken a blood test yet since the conversion. I wanted to wait a few weeks to stabilize then take a blood test. The only thing is this is effecting my job and I am holding to my job on threads..I have never been on antidepressent, should I consider this.... Please any advise would be greatly appreciated. Guest guest
Oh one more thing..my temp has never exceeded 98.0 In the morning when I wake up or go to bed its 96.7. I tried during the day and its in the 97 range but never higher.... Knees hurt as well. I am afraid to increase my Armour as when I took 2.5 grains I was shaking and nervous really bad..... > > DHEAS 13.7 (ng/ml) Range is 3-10 (High out of range)<------- > Cortisol Morning 7.2 ng/ml Range is 3-8 > Cortisol Noon 2.8 ng/ml Range is 2-4 > Cortisol evening 1.3 ng/ml Range is 1-2 > Cortisol night .3 ng/ml Range is .5-1.5 (Too low out of range)<---- > > Where do I go from here? > > My current symptoms are anxiety, nervousness, strained, (memory > seems to have gotten better), feeling down, crying, mood swings. > Since taking this adrenal test, I was converting from Lovexyl to > Armour. Guest guest
Taking thyroid meds (especially ones that WORK) is a strain on your adrenals. If you had increased slow;y your adrenals would have time to catch up as they are not really bad, but you increased too fast & the T3 in Armour is making itself felt in stressing your adrenals to the max, I bet if you took a saliva adrenal test today with your symptoms you would find typical adrenal fatigue. You have two choices, back off the Armour a bit, like a grain wait at least 2 weeks or even three better, then go up by 15 MG increments, or back off Armour by 1 grain and add in adrenal support. *Artistic Grooming * Hurricane, WV Old aunts used to come up to me at weddings, poking me in the ribs and cackling, telling me, " You're next. Guest guest
HYPO is better than where you are headed! Yes sometimes we have to remain slightly hypo in order for the adrenals to catch up. *Artistic Grooming * Hurricane, WV Old aunts used to come up to me at weddings, poking me in the ribs and cackling, telling me, " You're next.
