Where can a person in the USA get mail order Armour?

I have seen posts about Canadians getting mail order Armour but the only

sights I have fond do not ship to the US.

I have just increased my Armour dose above what the Dr. has given me and

will run out earlier tan I can refill it. My insurance is very picky about

refilling early.

So... all you people who self medicate. Where do you get your Armour?
