Guest guest
Hi! I take Elavil for sleep, it's the only way I can sleep; however, if I take it too late at night, I am very, very groggy in the morning. I take my Elavil with dinner about 5:00 p.m. It helps me get a good night's sleep and not feel too groggy in the morning. You might want to discuss a different med with your Dr. and maybe taking it early evening. Good Luck, Lynette
