Guest guest
I am going to put this as delicately as I know how. Unfortunately, putting things delicately is not one of my specalties. I personally know someone who nearly bled to death in her stomach from Celebrex. This was during the Clinton administration, an era in our nation's history that did not exactly leave the terms " goverment " and " honesty " firmly cemented together in my mind. The FDA did not come to her rescue then, and it never will. The FDA is slimy no matter who is in charge, because they protect a major source of money. -- prr " groversyck " gsyck@... wrote: This is another case of the FDA protecting the durg companies, insted of the public. All of these drugs (2 inhibitors) should have been recalled, and the problem investigated throughly, and either determined ot be a problem or not. From what I have seen on the subject, there is a problem. As of yet, ther is no corolation to 'outside factors' such as other heath problem or other medication. Personaly, until the questions are answered, I would not touch the stuff. The answers will not come untill the next president is in place and 'honest' FDA people are returned to the job. Sorry for the politics, but that is the way I see it.

Guest guest
I agree, Kate! And there are many more problems than just the FDA, all caused by both political parties, and all going on for many, many years! Joyce > PLEASE STOP!!!!! Guest guest
On this we agree. I just don't think it will be fixed, no matter who is in office. You can't change a snake into a cuddly koala bear. You whack the snake with a shovel until it leaves you alone. -- prr " groversyck " gsyck@...> The FDA is more concerned with the welfair of the drug companies than it is for the patients.
