Guest guest
Andi, I have not had the severe flares in various places that you had that have put me in the hospital. Actually, I was thinking that many of the problems you've had in the past made me think of RPC (relapsing polychondritis). I believe a few people on this site (Ken for one) have had costrochondritis. The cartilage of the ribs becomes inflamed and it is extremely painful. suggested it (RPC) to me years ago when I asked everyone about the symptoms. How are they managing your crohns on a day-to-day basis? I do things the same way you do, but I have been trying to infuse more humor into things. What did they decide caused the trouble with your vision? also your inner-ear? I know that you have had issues with your weight being way too low. I'm low again, but had gained up past 130, but that was from ascities and edema mostly. do you have a good doctor right now? or do you have to take whoever is on call? Is anyone helping you out as a caregiver? How in the world are you going to taper off the pred? I have a million questions, don't I? I'm wishing all good things for you too. Cheryl ID where my spring blubs are finally emerging.
