Is there a reason to do one or the other? > Kate Like Janie, I put it between the cheek and upper gum because it takes longer to dissolve that way. I also wonder if having more contact with saliva, such as under the tongue, would mean more contact with the digestive enzymes present in saliva, which might deactivate the thyroid hormones more.
