Somehow, I don't quite want to believe what he is saying, as he > tried to sell me inulin to feed the good bacteria. > ~Inga Duncan Crow has been on MANY yahoo groups. He was quite active on the Healing Crow yahoo group, promoting his products. Many of those groups members, including the biochemist moderator, got in very heated discussions with him regarding the scientific basis for his claims (such as the benefits of inulin) and had an armory of research articles disputing his claims. Of the people that had tried his products, no one reported any improvement and some got worse. He was finally kicked off the group for promoting his products too overtly, and he was reported to have badmouthed Healing Crow on other yahoo groups afterwards. In contrast, many Healing Crow members (but not all) (and this group is targeted towards those with intestinal disease) have reported great benefit from Primal Defense and Fungal Defense. Cindi reported using Ensure and FOS. Those are two other products that get really trashed on Healing Crow, and reasons were given. There's a lot of research about how FOS is NOT helpful. I'm just reporting what others have said. Lynn
