Guest guest
Tawny,Hi! What a great idea! I keep a little medical card with me at all times, but I love the idea of a journal so that the next time the doctor asks me something like when was the last time I had a good night's sleep or something, I could flip right on back and give him a real answer...you know, presuming there ever is/was/will be a time I can get a good night's sleep! :)Plus, if you expand the journal to include a few good things/funny things/hopefully-not-infuriating things that happen everyday, it can also serve as a little diary of sorts to cheer you up, calm you down, make you laugh out loud, etc. I know it's dorky, but sometimes something as simple as writing down three good things that happened to me or made me happy every single day really does lift my mood..now as to what the paramedics might think about the fact that my cat showered with me and made me laugh...well, perhaps they'd be more generous with the drugs! LOL :)Sandi in VA
