Upcoming Vacation...HELP!!

My family has planned a 4 day trip to Disneyworld, Universal Studios,

and Seaworld. We already have the tickets, and they are non

refundable. My daughter would absolutely die if we didn't go so I'm

stuck going. I want to go badly, but I'm terrified of the pain I

know is going to come of it..Will I be able to move on the second

day...what if I cant' even make it thru the first day. I can't make

it thru four hours at work without being able to sit and rest. I do

not know what to do. Anyone got any ideas?
