Guest guest
<< I think in starting thyroid hormone treatment, we really have to be careful not to add too many variables and let our bodies heal themselves. >> Yes, I think I can agree with this... don't want to overload the body too much!! That said, I have not begun treating myself yet, so would it be a good idea to do a cleanse while I wait for my armour to come? Guest guest
My premise is that the body being all clogged up with toxins is a major part of the problem. This comes from my personal experience. As I said, the cleanses didn't cure the thyroid problem, but my life became better then it ever had been . . . ever. To fix the thyroid would be the ultimate fix, and I am sure it will be much easier to fix if everything else is getting the nutrition it needs. Again this is from my experience. The cleanses that I would recommend doing are not harsh. Guest guest
I don't think that Milk Thistle over loads the body., It is an antioxident for the liver and also encourages its biles flow, therefore lessening its own toxic load, by dumping the toxin laden bile. ~Inga > momofonly3@... writes: > >> >> Yes, I think I can agree with this... don't want to overload the body too >> much!! >> That said, I have not begun treating myself yet, so would it be a good idea >> to do a cleanse while I wait for my armour to come? >> > > i'm not knowledgeable enough on " cleanses " to know. but if the body needs > cleansing because of not working right because of being hypo, I'd wait and fix > the origin of the problem first. > Cindi > >

Guest guest
okay, now this brings up a question I have. Since I don't have a gallbladder, no need for a cleanse in that. What constitues having a liver cleanse? What symptoms would one know that this is the required treatment that needed to be done? You guys are opening up too many cans of worms tonite! lol. Now I'm gonna have to go pester hubby dearest and pray that my left palm itching so bad is gonna win me the lotto! :-) SandyE~Houston Re: CINDI/Using Milkthistle???
