Guest guest
I take caffiene pills to keep myself awake. I have not heard yet that they are bad for me. Maybe I should check out that Provigil. Sent from my iPhone Enid, Hi! I saw your post about dealing with fatigue. I don't know a surefire way to deal with it and I know firsthand how brutal it is. I can pass on the advice that was given to me. I was told to force my body to work on a regular clock cycle. To go to bed at the same time, wake up at the same time every single day. To be honest, I'm not quite sure why that would work since our fatigue isn't one that arrives simply because of poor sleep, but I thought I'd pass it on for what it's worth. There are some medications that can give you a boost in energy (Provigil is one I can think of off the top of my head as well as several types of steroids) but I'd suggest you talk to your doctors about it and see if they think it would help in your case and/or if you'd be eligible to take them. Best of luck! Sandi in VA
