Toys R Us.....that is worse!

I do all my Christmas shopping online also. I started doing that after I had

emergency gall bladder surgery in 2002 and couldn't sit up long enough to drive

anywhere.

i do everything i can online. the past two years, all christmas gifts were

bought online.

and it didn't used to bother me either...but now places like shopping malls

are scary places for me.

oh well - i guess there are worse things.

I used to brag to my husband and now fiance that he should be happy that I don't

like going shopping or to the malls, I save him money!!! LOL Then I suggest

that any money that I WOULD have spent, should just be funneled to a spa day for

me ;)

yep....that's pretty much it for me. except i can go to plant nurseries with

no problem.

if it's a small mall, i will go to one with my husband. but we joked for

years - even before diagnosis - about how i can only go to 3 or 4 stores before

needing to take a break. then it was more because of fatigue...but i'm still

left now with just having to STOP and sit down and regroup.

I put this kind of stuff under " permanant brain damage " actually...because i

don't see it going away.

Talk about choices --I've spent two days on this computer trying to

deceide on which shoes to buy. I broke a bone in my foot a few months

ago and even though the bone has healed I still have problems with it

and I need a very supportive tenni shoe. I have such a problem making

deceisions (anyone else?). Has anyone ever been in a store and be

half way done, then get this urge to leave and not finish shopping?

P.S. I think all of us reclusive ladies need to live in a commune

together! We could live in our own little world.

We could wear shirts that say " talk " or " don't talk " , or better yet--

" open " or " closed " , that way we'd know who to leave alone on that
