The T4 has a 1/2 life of...geez...someone refresh my memory...but anyway...you can pretty well up the armour within 2-3 weeks if you're still having symptoms. tell the doc you were...and didn't think it healthy for your body for it to remain in a hypo state. that that is detrimental to your health! make sure he runs a Free T4 and Free T3...and tell him that's what you want to go by as in indicator - not the TSH which has no meaning once the normal body feedback loop has been disrupted by oral thyroid hormone. cindi

After 3 grains, better just increase by 1/4. cindi
Guest guest
any chance you know exactly " which studies " , or be able to quote them? I got an email from my doc this morning & he's open to reading anything I send him (!), so I want to start collecting! > you might also remind him that studies done...show the body doesn't change > its metabolic rate until around 3 grains. > cindi > > >

Guest guest
Yes I would love to see a package of articles and information that would be best to show the doctors. Perhaps there would be different packages for doctors that have differing views.
