Guest guest
Hi (sorry I can't remember your name! ) I have had a rapid heartbeat since becoming sick. I've had all the cardiac tests both here in my area and at Mayo. All came back fine. I'm on a beta blocker to slow my heart down because the racing is unbearable. My heart rate ran in the 120s to 130s at rest. Very disturbing. I still have what I call the jumping heart symptom. My heart feels like it's flipping over (weird) and I feel like I have to cough. Most likely a medication reaction, it only happens occasionally, so I don't worry about it. Seeing a cardiologist is a good idea. Perhaps you wish to get started on some medication when everything checks out okay. Take care,
