Nonprofit Warehouse has a number of low cost safety glasses program, both

custom prescription eyeglasses and nonprescription eyeglasses. I have

attached price lists for both as well as a prescription Drug Discount card

that is Free and is valid in 45,000 pharmacies nationwide. You can photocopy

it as many times as needed and there are no, documentation, income limits or

age restrictions. You may even place it on your web site or email to anyone

that need it. The cardholders member number is their phone number or any 10

digit number they choose.

Subject: Re: [ ] NEW Eye Safety Materials for

Farmworkers

I would very much like to be a part of this project. At

our health clinic, we have seen many with eye problems and

quite a few with pterygium. We have been unable to get any

help for those needing surgery. Thanks. Elaine Marshall,

Alabama
