Guest guest
Cheyanne, You'd be surprised how easy it is to get more than enough protein in your diet. Oatmeal, beans, peanuts, peas, other nuts, mushrooms and broccoli are just some of the non-meat things that are high in protein. Things that vegetarians use to replace meat (like tofu, TVP, Tempeh, and wheat gluten) also have protein content. I also still eat some fish. I just can't give up sushi :-) ~Kirsten > > How many of us have gone through diet changes since > > being diagnosed > > with fibro? Guest guest
I'd like to see some comparison info on this stuff- do you know of any websites like that? I also always wondered how much processing they have to do to those meat substitutes. Any thoughts on that? One thing I used to do for protein was spirulina- it was a great energy booster for me. And sushi, YUM. I eat a lot of fish. Thanks for the info Kirsten.
