Cheyanne,

You'd be surprised how easy it is to get more than enough protein in

your diet. Oatmeal, beans, peanuts, peas, other nuts, mushrooms and

broccoli are just some of the non-meat things that are high in

protein. Things that vegetarians use to replace meat (like tofu,

TVP, Tempeh, and wheat gluten) also have protein content.

I also still eat some fish. I just can't give up sushi :-)
