Remember if you'd like to simply say thank you to someone do it on an individual basis to the persons email not the group. Also be aware some email programs will send multiple copies of email if the " send " button is hit more than once. One last thing, in responding to messages use the subject line to clarify whether it is a continuation of the topic or a change of topic. And if replying edit the contents of the reply. The entire message does not have to be included in the reply especially if it is the 4th or 5th in the thread, the message can get pretty long and sometimes confusing. thank you. Ok, one other last thing, remember vacation time is approaching and if you set up an " out of office " automatic reply please suspend your account so the group does not recieve your out of office messages.
